Days:
Monday-FridayHours: 6:30am-3:00pm

Job Summary:
The Custodian/Groundskeeper is responsible for performing general maintenance duties throughout the center

Duties/Responsibilities:
Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles.
Performs interior and exterior janitorial and grounds keeping assignments.
Assists with snow removal.
Performs minor building maintenance tasks.
Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture.
Attends staff training sessions as required.
Supervise and mentor trainees assigned to maintenance.
Instruct trainees on proper workplace behavior and skills needed to contribute to the mission of the maintenance department.
Provide counseling and mentoring to trainees to help ensure their success.
Perform all similar and incidental duties as assigned to support the Mission, Vision, and Culture of CSD.

RequirementsMinimum:
High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.

Preferred:
One year or more work-related experience

Knowledge:
Must possess a valid State driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification.
