Come and surround yourself with talented and professional individuals who have also taken the next step of making a difference in someone's life.You would not only have a great and dedicated team to work with, but you may also be eligible to take advantage of a comprehensive benefits plan which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), legal and PTO.Days: Monday-FridayHours: 6:30am-3:00pmJob Summary: The Custodian/Groundskeeper is responsible for performing general maintenance duties throughout the center.Duties/Responsibilities:Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles.Performs interior and exterior janitorial and grounds keeping assignments.Assists with snow removal.Performs minor building maintenance tasks.Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture.Attends staff training sessions as required.Supervise and mentor trainees assigned to maintenance.Instruct trainees on proper workplace behavior and skills needed to contribute to the mission of the maintenance department.Provide counseling and mentoring to trainees to help ensure their success.Perform all similar and incidental duties as assigned to support the Mission, Vision, and Culture of CSD. RequirementsMinimum: High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.Preferred: One year or more work-related experience.Knowledge: Must possess a valid State driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification.PM22Salary Description $17.20 an hour
