We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Project Manager to join our growing Technical Infrastructure Delivery team under the Open Connect organization. This position will be based out of our Los Angeles office. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external partners on the technical build out of our office and creative spaces globally specific to network deployments and low voltage data infrastructure. In addition, this role will support operational upgrades and engineering tasks to enable an excellent user experience.

**Job Description:** A successful candidate will be a conduit of technology, and the driving influence in the delivery of our network infrastructure to support creative and business users. They will bridge the gap between our partners needs, and the resources and information required for a successful network delivery and further operational excellence. This individual will be proficient in communication skills and will act as a technical liaison on each project between the various technical teams it takes to deploy and support our networks, and the business stakeholders, partners and end users that consume it. They will lead the low voltage design and deployment across all builds which acts as the pass off point from our organization to the various teams we partner with and support. Additionally, they may manage operational projects where their expertise is impactful to our teams success. This position requires someone to be detail oriented, and an effective multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and carry out project requirements. They will need to be solution oriented, proactive in their work, quick thinking, and comfortable with a dynamic project slate. This Project Manager will be required to execute business initiatives, and manage internal teams time and expertise for the most effective output. They will need to share information broadly, and align tactical and strategic efforts. Ability to coordinate projects, determine resource requirements, carry out logistics and follow through with deliveries and deadlines

Proficient in tracking data, managing budgets, creating schedules, and carrying out progress checks to track performance and accountability

Excellent at developing project plans, managing engineering based efforts, prioritizing deliverables and resources

Proficient in low voltage infrastructure and layer 1 delivery, and the curiosity to improve and evolve our design guidelines based on tactical learnings

Ability to partner with engineers, business stakeholders, and technical leaders on task management to deliver network projects

Sharp assessment skills with an ability to evaluate wants vs. needs and ability to negotiate prioritization accordingly

Understanding of networking technologies, roles, functions and capabilities

Excellent at building relationships and creating a strong team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Effective communicator with partners across all technical levels

Strong management skills across internal partners and external vendors

Experience working in global regions, and scaling solutions

Team player with a willingness to jump in with a positive attitude

Comfortable with a fast pace and the flexibility to navigate constant change

Skill in developing technical solutions and creatively applying them in operational problems
