White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an Anesthesia Technician who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.


As the Anesthesia Tech you will:

  • Maintain anesthesia equipment (clean, sterilize, test, calibrate and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment)
  • Keep records of equipment inspections
  • Prepare and maintain patient monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems pre, intra and post anesthesia
  • Assist with transport of patients and laboratory specimens as necessary
  • Explain procedures and operating equipment's to patients
  • Provide services to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed anesthesia care provider

Qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's degree in healthcare or successful completion of 2 year approved American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians (ASATT) program
  • Previous experience as anesthesia technician
  • Certified Anesthesia Technician Preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support (Heart Saver) certificate
  • CPR issued by American Heart Association

Work Schedule:
Full Time

Day Shift 9-1730

40 hours a week

on call required
