About the Job:

We are currently looking for a new team member to join our Outside Operations staff at our golf facility. As part of this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the Bag Room, Driving Range, and Golf Carts area.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Spread hospitality and positivity among members, guests, and colleagues.
  • Open the bag room daily following specified procedures.
  • Prepare the driving range and short game area for daily activities.
  • Ensure the maintenance of golf carts.
  • Assist guests in the bag room and provide excellent service.
  • Conclude daily operations in the bag room and tidy up the driving range.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all golf facilities.

Required Skills:
  • Preferably high school diploma.
  • Background in golf is a plus.
  • Team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Enjoy helping others and comfortable in a customer service environment.
  • Display enthusiasm and energy in your work.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and excel in the field.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask with focus and skill.
  • Practice patience in all situations.

Uniform Requirements:
  • Professional Golf attire is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:
  • Capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Able to lift golf bags weighing between 20 to 30 pounds.
