Currently seeking therapists licensed at the independent- or associate-level (LPC, LISAC, LCSW) or who are eligible for licensure (LAC, LASAC, LMSW).

The therapist's responsibilities include intake assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and individual/group therapy, along with maintaining clinical documentation and engaging in professional development.

The Clinical Therapist:

  • Develops effective service plans in collaboration with clients, provides psychotherapy services, and coordinates integrated services.
  • Maintains a manageable caseload, receives supervision, and ensures adherence to ethical codes and regulations.
  • Participates in supervision and fulfills other assigned duties.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Behavioral Health field, independently licensed (LPC, LISAC, LCSW) or license eligible at the Associate level by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LASAC, LMSW).

Minimum one-year full-time behavioral health experience, background check, CPR, and first aid certifications required.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-Time. Evening availability is a plus.

*Signing bonus for full-time positions after standard 90-day probation period.
