We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Nikao Performance and Rehab. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and treatment in our outpatient orthopedic setting.
Caseload and Patient PopulationYou will work with patients of all ages, treating a general orthopedic caseload. Home visits are also included in your caseload, providing you with the opportunity to work in a variety of settings.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of $80,000 per year, mileage reimbursement up to $500 a month, and a $500 retention bonus after 6 months of employment. Additionally, we provide benefits such as a health stipend, 2 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and $1500 per year for CEUs.
Work ScheduleOur clinic is open Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm, with flexible scheduling available. You will have autonomy to work the schedule that best suits your needs, allowing for a great work-life balance.
Requirements- Eligible for AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- 1 year of prior outpatient ortho experience required
- Dry Needling certification preferred
- Full-time, 40 hours per week available
- Part-time candidates with 15 hours and three weekdays of availability will also be considered
