- Work collaboratively with our therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Eligibility for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- At least 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Full-time availability with a minimum of 15+ hours per week.
