Job Summary:
As a member of the Clear Channel Outdoor Business Operations team, the Project Specialist plays a key role in the Learning and Development team, executing strategic learning and development related initiatives that sustain and improve revenue generation by the sales team, and support employee compliance and retention. The specialist supports new initiatives by assisting in the gathering and analysis of data, the preparation of project documentation and e-learning content and testing new applications for functionality. This position also supports on-going initiatives by recording, analyzing, and resolving learning and development support requests, as well as developing recommendations for future improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in the creation of project deliverables across internal and partner stakeholders.
  • Create hand-outs and documentation as needed for Business Operations and CCOA processes and projects (e.g. - one-pagers, flow charts, presentations/decks, videos, etc.).
  • Assists in the design and creation of materials for Business Operations sponsored initiatives.
  • Support the L&D Team in terms of project scheduling, tacking, and communications.
  • Support administration of Cornerstone LMS, including: learner setup; learning path assignments; and communication.
  • Develop ad hoc reporting and analysis for key projects and stakeholders.
  • Support CRM Systems maintenance and course migration management.
  • Conduct in-system audits, data clean up, and course/module testing as needed.
  • Support leadership on ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:

Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
Work Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in training development, LMS administration, or project management
Skills
  • Project management, from conception to delivery
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word (incl. formatting), Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency with creating content, preferred: video editing; e-learning/SCORM; content publishing software (i.e. - Articulate, Captivate, or Camtasia)

Physical Demands

The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
  • Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands
  • The employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds
  • Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus
  • This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
