  • Responsible for all facility cost accounting and determination of appropriate line rates
  • Recommends modifications to existing accounting systems.
  • Supervise transaction-processing operations.
  • Prepares annual budgeted financial statements
  • Complete budget variance analysis
  • Support contract negotiations.
  • Responsible for all audits of financial statements and internal controls
  • Responsible for maintaining the internal control environment.
  • Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies.
Manages four subordinate in the Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit and Collections and IT. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Accounting software; and Spreadsheet software.
