Job Title: People Business Partner (East – Washington DC, Atlanta / Central – Chicago, Houston, Dallas)

In this role, you will champion our culture, values and be an advocate for our people, our leaders, and our business. You will work to align business objectives to people programs by working across functions and in partnership with business leaders across our different groups in our Global Technology organization.

What You'll Do

Lead and deliver complex work to meet functional objectives and drive efficiencies and improvements.Guide and/or support teams in developing high-quality solutions by leveraging functional expertise, best practices, and knowledge of current industry/subject matter trends.Coach and mentor leaders with employee relations needs as well as to be more effective in people and team management. Recommend, implement, track, and measure employee engagement initiatives and people project initiatives.Provide insights, guidance, and recommendations for action across the Global Technology organization. The specific responsibilities for this position would be conducted usually in partnership with, Global Technology People Leaders, our Global Human Resource teams, and the Global People teams Centers of Excellence e.g., Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, People Insights etc.

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated experience in the People Business Partner space or other related Human Resource function. Coaching, compensation, and employee relations skills.Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systemic approaches to solving problems in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment.Demonstrated skills in business acumen, data analysis, project management, communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving.Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources or other programs.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $100,000 to $125,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
