Who You'll Work With


You will be a member of the North America leadership team in the McKinsey, People and Organization Performance (POP) Practice.

The People and Organizational Performance (POP) practice equips people and organizations to unleash sustained performance. People are the scarce and defining resource that drives an organization's productivity and growth.

We partner with clients to radically improve their organizational performance and health by joining the dots between strategy and ongoing execution, and we help clients build organizations capable of achieving the change they want and sustaining it for years to come.

What You'll Do


You will drive excellent outcomes directly aligned to People & Organization Performance Client Service, by way of development of POP Solutions and expert-led upskilling of colleagues, while building a team around propositions that helps us deliver for clients.

With deep industry expertise, you will shape, prioritize, drive development and measure outcomes, across POP.

You will lead the development of capabilities which continue to position POP as the industry leader in the Capability Building domain.

You will collaborate with POP leaders to a set of priorities for the POP Function.

You will have the opportunity to develop and drive the broader people analytic underpinning to evolve the POP organization to maximum outcomes.

You will help shape strategy and tools which drive best-in-class outcomes in measuring behavior performance.

In development of innovative solutions, you will lead upskilling of colleagues and build a team around propositions that helps us deliver for clients.


With panoramic insight, you will foster effective collaboration with individual regions and practices to capture innovation, make choices about where to scale, accelerate learning, and drive adoption and ensure the overall impact of our efforts in experience, growth, and efficiency.


As part of the leadership team, you will attract, develop, and inspire the full range of high caliber talent to deliver distinctive client experiences.

You will ensure a seamless working model and collaboration with adjacent areas across the McKinsey Organization.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in computer science or related field required
  • Deep expertise in people analytics including a variety of approaches on behavioral analytics
  • A senior profile able to match wits with senior leaders on technical and classic topics, able to navigate complex processes as a peer
  • Vision and capability to lead large scale digital process change in complex organization and consensus based processes
  • Passion for talent topics and ability to provide rigorous problem solving to same
  • Ability to build teams across technical experts and more classic business integrators
  • Problem solving intrinsic
  • Leadership of an analytic or digital organization in a services firm or analytic startup or a professional services leader in Analytics, with experience around end to end digital transformation
