PURPOSE STATEMENT:


The purpose of the Marketing Traffic Manager role is to play a crucial role in supporting Blueroot Health's overall success by ensuring on-time delivery of all marketing assets and successful coordination of key initiatives, such as product launches.

This position will serve as a critical liaison between marketing and the sales, ecommerce, and product teams, engaging, interacting and communicating with various internal partners, while working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES:
·

Responsible for the day-to-day management, version control and oversight of various marketing and sales assets, provide support for trade shows and other events; oversee the inventory and ordering of collateral and swag, and manage a master marketing schedule to ensure timely completion of projects
·

Oversee project timelines for all marketing deliverables, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure assets are completed in a timely manner and distributed to all necessary parties
·

Understand how all the pieces come together, coordinate and track the status of multiple projects

  • Oversee label process, from request stage through market entry including, but not limited to:o
Work closely with regulatory, purchasing, sales and co-manufacturers to ensure all new labels and/or label edits are processed and managed in a timely and efficient manner
o

Ensure necessary updates are made to other collateral pieces in alignment with label edits (i.e.

renders, sell sheets, website, etc.) as well as deliver all necessary assets to the Ecommerce team (PDPs, labels, imagery, etc.)

Maintain knowledge of every aspect of the department's as well as company's workflow and production processes and be trusted to keep things moving under pressure and on tight deadlines
·

Collaborate closely with graphic designers to facilitate development of all marketing materials
·

Responsible for version control and maintenance of marketing asset databases (i.e. Canto, Sharepoint)
·

Perform continuous audits and facilitate updates of marketing literature, including website content, creative assets, and printed collateral to ensure accuracy
·

Maintain promotional materials inventory, creates and orders business cards, assists with planning meetings and events, maintain databases, and prepare reports as needed
·

Prepare daily priority lists, weekly project status reports including regularly tracking and updating project statuses and provide reporting to management
·

Become knowledgeable of and followes the applicable provisions of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and incorporates timely changes

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
·

Preferred BS/BA degree in Marketing, communications, or related field
·

2-4 years prior experience in traffic/production management, required
·

2-4 years prior experience in nutraceuticals, or similarly regulated industry
·

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
·

Strong organization, attention to detail and adaptability skills, methodical, and detail-oriented multitasker
·

Knowledge of print and production formats strongly preferred
·

Experience with project management tools (i.e. Trello, Ziflow) strongly preferred
·

Solid understanding of creative development processes
·

Takes the initiative to make sound decisions, taking into consideration applicable guidelines and the objective(s) to be achieved, and the company's best interests
·

Demonstrates initiative by suggesting ideas, discovering new and better ways to accomplish tasks in a timely and satisfactory manner
·

Manages own time effectively and intuitively determines which tasks have priority and cooperatively assists other employees in completing tasks
