In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative team environment, operating machinery and performing various tasks to meet production, quality, and safety standards.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand job orders, instructions, and customer specifications accurately
  • Set up and operate machinery according to department processes and job requirements
  • Evaluate product quality and ensure procedures are followed correctly
  • Record defects, document quality data, and adhere to the quality management system
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures as directed by EHS Manager
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly
  • Cross train on different operations and equipment in the area

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
  • Quality-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Basic computer skills for updating records and data entry
  • Physically able to stand, push, pull, or lift 25-50 pounds throughout the shift
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
  • Comfortable in a manufacturing environment with machinery and noise
  • Open to cross-training in various departments and operating different machinery

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with high workload is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a range of health and well-being programs including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more. Benefits start on the first of the month following hire date. Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience.
