The RN Unit Supervisor will:
- Front line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to Quality and Best Practices to improve clinical operation of the unit,

Additional Requirements:
* *Work schedule*: hour shifts. Day shift and Night shift available.
* *Education*: BSN or MSN preferred, Associate Degree RNs within one year of completing their BSN. Previous leadership courses preferred.
* *Experience*: Requires at least one year of Registered Nurse Clinical experience. More than 2 years of Registered Nurse Clinical Experience specific to the focus of nursing unit preferred.
* *Certification*: BLS-American Heart Association required. Specialty certification (as required by unit) within 1 year of hire.
* *License*: Licensed to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and prioritization; can serve as a resource and mentor to other clinical staff on the unit.
