Global Pricing Director

What You Will Do as a **Global Pricing Director**:

• Collaborate with the Global Head of Pricing to develop and execute Copeland's pricing strategy, working closely with sales and pricing teams, as well as global leaders, to comprehend market reactions and variances, defining crucial price adjustments
• Lead KPI pricing and reporting, creating strategic action plans based on essential metrics for key customers and supporting a global review process in coordination with sales, product management, and marketing
• Ensure up-to-date list prices across channels and products align with the strategy, and discount structures are correctly configured in relevant pricing systems
• Establish communication guidelines and work closely with sales to guarantee the appropriate level of information is shared with customers
• Coordinate with the Global Head of Pricing to regularly review product-level characteristics and calibrate margin impact with market perceived value
• Manage and monitor pricing tools and automated dashboards (Power BI/Sigma) utilized by the sales team
• Work with sales to identify gaps in Copeland's price model and decide on necessary adjustments to maintain competitive prices across products and markets
• Supervise the annual price increase adjustment process and collaborate with your team/sales to strategically implement price increases across the portfolio
• Collaborate closely with product management to comprehend significant cost changes across products
• Support sales leaders in training the sales force on alterations to the pricing strategy, value selling, and negotiation tactics
• Ensure accurate application of intercompany transfer pricing policy in collaboration with Finance

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Business, Data & Analytics, Statistics, or Mathematics
• Experience in business-to-business manufacturing, distribution, or a related field
• Proven 4-6 years of experience in pricing, designing, and evaluating pricing tests
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Master's degree or equivalent in business, mathematics, economics, or related field strongly preferred
• Specific experience working with pricing in industrial and/or related industries
• Proven experience in analytics, strategy development, process implementation, and price optimization
• Experience with analytics software such as PowerBI, Sigma, SAS, Python, etc.
• Experience with Oracle (ERP) and (CRM)
• Project management experience

**Work Details - Remote Work Option and Core Hours**

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work option for up to three days a week and follows a core hour schedule.

You can adjust your start and end times as long as you work during the core hours from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The team collaborates to ensure that our chosen work schedules enhance creativity and productivity as we cater to our customers' needs.
