A Day in the Life of A Field Inspector
HomeRiver is seeking a full-time Field Inspector to join our team. As a Field Inspector, you will play a crucial role in managing timelines effectively by promptly attending to homes and conducting various inspections and site visits. You will receive assignments from the Vacancy Coordinator and be guided by the Maintenance Manager. Your daily tasks will involve a range of inspections and property-related activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and ready for occupancy.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Turn/Rehab QC Inspections to ensure properties meet quality standards.
  • Perform In-Person Utility Connections and Smart-Lock rekeys as required.
  • Conduct pre-move out, move out, and move-in inspections to document property condition.
  • Capture hero shots (pre-marketing photos) to showcase properties in marketing materials.
  • Install yard signs and lockboxes for property marketing purposes.
  • Perform vacant unit inspections to identify maintenance or security issues.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • 1+ year(s) experience in Property Management, preferably in a maintenance-related role.
  • 1+ year(s) experience within the Residential Maintenance Field.
  • Ability to work with various technology platforms, including cloud-based systems.
  • Intermediate experience using MS Office applications and G-Suite.
  • Computer savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new computer systems.
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurability and reliable personal transportation.
