Integrative Medicine Medical Director

Hackensack Meridian Health is in search of a committed Integrative Health and Medicine Medical Director to be part of our expanding health system. This is a fantastic opportunity in clinical leadership with a focus on developing efficient integrative and inter-professional teams. The ideal candidate should be collaborative and have strong clinical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Offer direct medical care, collaborating with Executive and Organizational leadership to establish a system of integrated care.
- Support interdisciplinary services including nutrition, acupuncture, health psychology, health coach, and Reiki.
- Lead evidence-based care for Triple Aim outcomes.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and data-driven program design for sustainability and scalability.
- Create a community presence through educational initiatives, fundraising, and community-based care.
- Lead educational programs on integrative health and medicine for patients, the community, and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of research in integrative health and medicine.
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
- Board Certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Osteopathy, Specialty Practice
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Integrative Medicine
- Functional Medicine Training (Preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical leadership in Integrative Medicine
- 5+ years experience practicing integrative medicine
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
