- Provide direct medical care and work collaboratively with Executive and Organizational leadership to establish a system of coordinated, comprehensive integrative care.
- Provide support to the interdisciplinary services for the department including nutrition, acupuncture, health psychology ,health coach and Reiki.
- Lead evidencebased care that supports Triple Aim outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and datadriven program design to ensure sustainability and scalability.
- Establish community presence via education, fundraising and communitybased care delivery.
- Lead integrative health and medicine educational offerings for patients, the community and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the development of integrative health and medicine research.
- MD/DO degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
- Board Certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Osteopathy, Specialty Practice
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Integrative Medicine
- Functional Medicine Training (Preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical leadership in Integrative Medicine
- 5+ years experience practicing integrative medicine
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
