  • Offer guidance and clear instructions to retail associates for optimal performance.
  • Employee Management:

  • Monitor employees' schedules for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Safety and Loss Prevention:

  • Handle register cash drawers responsibly and prepare bank deposits.
  • Adhere to Consumer Product Safety Commission recalls and Hazardous Communication Policy.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently within a team setting.
  • High school diploma required; further education preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Supervisory experience is essential.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, etc.
  • Reliability and dependability are crucial.
  • Must pass alcohol/drug screening and background checks.
  • First Aid CPR Certification is a bonus (training provided if necessary).
