General Clerk III

Join our team as a General Clerk III at CTI, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the United States Department of Agriculture- Natural Resources NRCS staff. Your main responsibilities will include providing assistance with conservation program documentation, general administration, and office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify technical and professional materials prepared by staff specialists.
- Maintain office files, manuals, and reference library according to guidelines.
- Answer calls, greet visitors, and perform other administrative tasks.
- Utilize computer software applications to extract information and develop reports.
- Interact with the general public, conservation partners, program technicians, and office personnel.
- Provide information to program applicants and participants.
- Review applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Enter data for processing contract documents and actions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Conduct pre-obligations and Second Level Reviews for Contract Obligation and Contract Modifications.

Job Requirements:
