Job Title: Contract Manager

Company: Calyxo, Inc.



Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for various contract types involving customers, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Review and adjust both incoming and outgoing contracts, collaborating with internal teams to negotiate suitable terms.
  • Establish processes to facilitate vendor approval submissions during initial customer acquisitions.
  • Choose, implement, and oversee a contract management system for all company contracts.
  • Ensure contract terms comply with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and other industry requirements.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or relevant fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in contract management, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Location: Remote/Hybrid working model.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the capacity to influence favorable outcomes.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
