Real Estate Tax Senior Accountant Our client has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Tax Senior Accountant The Real Estate Tax Senior Accountant will join an outstanding team and contribute to their ongoing success
Job Responsibilities:
Manage client needs with respect to tax services and federal and state tax compliance. Prepare and review federal and state tax returns in a timely manner. Train and prepare staff members. Directly interact with clients handling all their needs. Interact directly with the IRS or state tax authorities. Prepare for audits and notices.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
3 experience that qualifies for one of the roles offered. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. CPA preferred but not required. Vast understanding of federal and state tax authorities. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
