Project Support/Business Analyst

Pay Grade:

Job Description:

The key function of this role will be to perform project financial analysis, creating purchase requisitions, tracking and storing of project deliverables. This position will also collaborate with the project management team to prioritize deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business/project support to Adv. Test Tech/Prototype Procurement /VE+ET Teams
  • Prepare Capital and Burden Expense Forecasts
  • Create Purchase Requisitions in Ariba
  • Tracking of Capital and Credit Card Purchases
  • Participate in project planning and status update meetings
  • Maintain and improve the company's internal control environment by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

  • Timely completion of purchase requests
  • Creating accurate Capital and Expense Forecasts
  • Meeting project deliverables
  • Maintaining an orderly and efficient workplace

Qualifications:
  • BS Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent
  • General knowledge of purchasing, financial forecasting, project management and business case analysis
Experience:

Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Project support role
  • 2+ years of experience in a Purchasing role
  • Proficient in oral and written business communication
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of Excel
  • Proficient in the use of SAP and Ariba
