Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management or administration
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in relevant field
  • Current GA license or applicable certification

  • Problem-solving and strategic thinking
  • Financial skills and budget management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage performance improvement activities
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements
  • Develop quality assurance programs
  • Monitor operational processes for quality standards
  • Support quality assessment and improvement
  • Manage patient education programs
  • Direct projects related to service line goals
  • Implement marketing and public relations plans
  • Collaborate with directors to develop clinical practice guidelines
