We are seeking a dedicated Veteran who is self-driven, creative, and customer-focused to provide services as an Employment Program Representative-Local Veterans' Employment Representative (EPR-LVER) who will serve as an active member of the Business Services Team and conduct employer outreach and job development contacts on behalf of all veterans withing the America's Job Center of California (AJCC). The EPR-LVER will also perform duties in other policy and program directives governing the Jobs for Veterans' Grant (JVSG) and Workforce Services (WS) programs.

Background Investigation Requirement

The position(s) may require an applicant to pass a background investigation. However, applicants will not be asked to provide information about a conviction history unless they receive a conditional offer of employment.

The department will make an individualized assessment of whether the conviction history has a direct or adverse relationship with the specific duties of the job and the work performed by the department.
