What We Look For in You:

  • Prior experience in guest service or customer service roles.
  • Basic math proficiency with skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • If working night shifts, willingness to obtain RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) alcohol awareness certification within 30 days.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts based on hotel requirements.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.50. Please note that this range may be adjusted by The Meritage Resort & Spa at any time. The final compensation offered will be based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.

Full-time employees in this role are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, educational reimbursement, paid vacation, and sick leave.
