Design/Release Engineer-Body Systems

Be an integral part of an energetic team that's challenging the status quo of vehicle design.
Responsible for the design and development of body system components and complete assemblies.
Develop and implement functional objectives to meet project performance targets.
Manage all aspects of body component development to meet project requirements including performance, cost, mass, timing, manufacturability, etc.
Lead collaboration between internal/external teams and suppliers to meet all project requirements.
What you bring to the team:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.8+ years of vehicle design experience in the areas of Door/Closure or Body systems.
Ability to lead design teams through integration of related sub-systems into closure structure.
Broad knowledge of NHSTA/FMVSS requirements related to closure systems.
Ability and Desire work in a fun and fast paced environment
