About the Position

  • Conduct sales activities such as prospecting, qualifying, consultative selling, and closing new business for HSO
  • Leverage a consultative sales approach to address client issues and showcase the value of HSO
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs
  • Devise sales strategies for strategic accounts with defined plays
  • Work independently to drive new business and build relationships by demonstrating how HSO meets client requirements
  • Assist in developing lead generation campaigns and targeted marketing efforts
  • Utilize previous experience with Microsoft to respond to RFPs and close deals
Your Skills and Abilities

  • Execute sales activities focused on Microsoft-centric solutions
  • Identify target markets in collaboration with various teams
  • Establish and maintain client relationships while aligning HSO offerings with their needs
  • Generate leads through networking events, referrals, and digital marketing approaches
  • Create a strong prospect pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Effectively position HSO solutions using sales knowledge and Microsoft network
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including negotiation and contract closure
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the Microsoft ecosystem
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience selling Microsoft Business Applications or Cloud services
  • Prior experience in consulting, business analysis, or product support related to Microsoft Solutions
  • Demonstrated sales experience in Enterprise Solutions, preferably Microsoft
  • Broad client base within the industry
  • Ability to navigate challenging conversations and offer effective solutions
  • Proven track record in closing business for technology sales
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and traveling as needed
