As a Total Rewards Specialist at Flooid, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll and benefits for North America, working closely with the Global HR team. Requirements

You and the Role

The role of Total Rewards Specialist offers great flexibility, allowing you to work on both regional and global levels. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling semi-monthly payroll processing and system updates.
  • Conducting market analysis to ensure fair pay practices.
  • Managing employee benefit programs and acting as the primary contact for vendors.
  • Evaluating and suggesting improvements to current benefits packages.
  • Overseeing the open enrollment process and related communications.
  • Managing employee recognition and reward initiatives.
  • Monitoring and enhancing recognition/rewards programs.
  • Leading Global HR reporting, both standard and ad hoc.
  • Participating in Global HR projects if desired.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for the Total Rewards Specialist position will possess the following:

  • Solid background in payroll, benefits, or HR administration.
  • Experience handling detail-oriented tasks in HR/payroll/benefits.
  • Knowledge of compensation benefits laws and regulations.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking capabilities.
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude.
