Collections Specialist

About Caine & Weiner


Caine & Weiner is a leading full-service Accounts Receivable Management/Debt Collection enterprise with a network of national collection centers strategically located throughout the country.

Since 1930, we have delivered outstanding performance and unmatched service to commercial collection services, consumer collection services and legal collection services, first and third party.

We are looking for professional - minded people to call on past due accounts. Experience collectors are encouraged to apply

Wage:

Starting base pay:
$16.00/HR plus commission (paid out twice a month) Have experience in Collecting? Get compensated for your knowledge in skills hours/week available, excellent for students in college or tired of the retail environment with inconsistent hours.

Qualifications

Essential functions:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls according to company policies and procedures
  • Negotiate payments, settlements, and payment programs according to company guidelines
  • Meet department call and collection goals
  • Enter results into collection system using keyboard/computer, skip tracing
  • Adhere to compliance standards and practices
Experience in the following a plus, but not necessary:

  • CUBS, outlook, word & Excel computer system
  • Telephone/dialer
  • First /Third-Party Agency
  • Data entry
  • FDCPA Knowledge
  • Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking
