Production Manager in our Teamwear and Sports Apparel Division.

Overview
:


As a Production Manager in the sports apparel industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process from concept to delivery.

Your primary objective is to ensure that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and costs are managed

effectively.

You will work closely with various teams including design, sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and execution of production activities.

Responsibilities include but not limit to:

1.

Planning and Scheduling
:

Creating production schedules, coordinating with other departments such as design and sales to ensure timely delivery of teamwear orders.
2.

Quality Control
:

Implementing quality control measures to ensure that teamwear products meet the required standards and specifications.
3.

Supplier Management
:


Liaising with suppliers for materials and components required for production, negotiating prices, and managing relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality materials.

4.

Inventory Management
:


Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.

5.

Cost Management
:

Monitoring production costs and identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
6.

Production Process Improvement
:

Continuously evaluating and improving production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
7.

Team Management
:


Supervising production staff, providing training and guidance, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining a positive and safe work environment.

8.

Compliance
:

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as any other relevant industry standards and regulations.
9.

Problem-solving
:


Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during the production process, such as equipment breakdowns, delays, or quality issues, and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.

10.

Communication
:

Effectively communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of production activities.

Qualifications

:

·

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Textile and Apparel engineering method, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
·

Proven experience in production management within the

sports apparel

industry, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
·

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
·

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
·

In-depth knowledge of quality control standards, production planning, cost management, and regulatory compliance.
·

Proficiency in project management software,

ERP systems

, and Microsoft Office Suite.
·

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.


The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
