Position Summary:

The Apparel Sales Lead plays a pivotal role in upholding brand standards and enhancing the experience of both customers and team members. Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, this position serves as the in-store authority for the apparel department. The Lead is dedicated to providing outstanding service to customers while guiding and mentoring fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building a strong team by participating in interviews and departmental training.

  • Plan and organize store operations effectively, ensuring alignment on workforce needs to accomplish daily tasks and special events.

  • Support store leadership in overseeing store operations in accordance with company policies.

  • Emphasize coaching and development for oneself and others, explaining the rationale behind tasks and processes.
  • Lead by example to promote the organization’s vision and help team members understand their contributions to overall goals.
  • Create an inclusive environment where all individuals feel welcomed and respected.
  • Comply with safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information.
  • Contribute to team efforts across the store as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working at heights exceeding 4 feet using ladders or other equipment.
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions for short durations.

Compensation:

The targeted pay range for this position is $19 - $28 per hour, with starting rates varying based on factors such as location and experience. Our company also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
