LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a local property management organization to hire an Leasing Administrator for their Tigard, OR property. Position Details:

  • Industry: Property Management
  • Duration: 1-2 month contract (with potential to be extended or turn permanent)
  • Pay: $20-$25 per hour DOE
  • Hours: Monday through Friday, full time
  • Location: Onsite in Tigard, OR

Responsibilities:

  • Create leasing contracts for new tenants
  • Conduct apartment walk throughs, inspections and tours
  • Assist with tenant relations such as collecting rent, processing payments, and scheduling maintenance
  • Maintain compliance for all tenant contracts, tenant relations matters and equal housing opportunities requirements
  • Assist the Community Manager in day to day property operations

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 6 months or more of administrative or leasing experience
  • Experience using a property management system such as AppFolio, Yardi or Tenant Tech is a plus, or the ability to learn
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliability very important
