Pay Rate: 20$/per hour.

Job purpose:

To provide administrative support to the Senior Team Management Department.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supports in the processing of payroll when they are on vacation or taking time off.
  • Inputs reportable events/follow ups into DHHS' Evergreen system.
  • Sets up new clients with pharmacy.
  • Sets up new clients in agency system.
  • Creates new binders for all new programs and clients.
  • Maintains office supplies and house supplies.
  • Creates spreadsheets for varies reports as directed.
  • Supports the State Director with Person Centered Planning (PCP) data entry in DHHS' Evergreen System as needed.
  • Ensures that PCPs are saved electronically and hard copies in the client records.
  • Ensures all client PCP goals are maintained and current in the agency system.
  • Maintain annual client consents, lease and standard contract.
  • Attends Management meetings and is responsible for ensuring meeting notes are taken and maintained.
  • Tracks medication errors and patterns
  • Maintains on-call rotation.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

High School, or GED required. One-year related experience preferred. Must be able to deal with a variety of people courteously and pleasantly on the phone and in person.

Must possess accurate typing and word processing skills, fluent knowledge of power point, excel and word, familiarity with a variety of office machines, ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner.

Must have a valid driver's license.

This is job is in person Mon-Fri 9a-330p.
