Job description

We are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative. Must have a minimum of two years of experience managing an affordable multifamily property. This position requires general knowledge of all property management duties and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with community members
  • Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct tours of the community and showcase available units to potential residents
  • Coordinate moveins and moveouts, including lease signings and renewals
  • Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify references
  • Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment processing
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure prompt resolution
  • Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Travel between 3 properties and assist as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Affordable Multifamily Housing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and upselling abilities
  • Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles is a plus
  • Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
