We are Lifepoint Rehabilitation, a business unit of Lifepoint Health, introducing a **BRAND NEW 50-bed Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Hospital** on the west side of Jacksonville. **North Florida Rehabilitation Hospital** boasts a modern facility spanning two stories, 60,582 square feet, strategically located on 5.55 acres at southwest Normandy Boulevard and Interstate 295. Our new hospital exclusively offers private rooms, focusing on acute rehabilitation for patients with a range of conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, multiple trauma, amputation, and other related disorders.

Highlighting state-of-the-art therapeutic amenities, our hospital includes multidisciplinary therapy gymnasiums equipped with cutting-edge technologies like augmented-reality balance training, therapy bionics, and a full-body exoskeleton.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve or surpass Census and Mix Forecasts targets, identifying internal and external objectives, insurance rate goals, and evaluating the Clinical Liaison Team's performance regularly
  • Oversee the clinical liaison and admissions teams as the managing director
  • Establish and maintain a robust database system for decision support, including community needs assessment, demand forecasting, and competitive analysis
  • Ensure appropriate patient selection and assist in informed admission decisions for patients and their families
  • Create and implement marketing strategies aligned with the facility's long and short-term objectives
  • Collaborate with managed care providers, key physicians, and program delivery staff to develop and implement business plans and feasibility studies for new program offerings and product enhancements
  • Engage with Referral Sources, Case Managers, and Managed Care Providers to drive revenue generation while upholding high standards of patient care
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Clinical discipline
  • **Required**: PT, OT, SLP-CCC, RN, LPN/LVN, RRT certifications
  • MBA qualification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare management, with strong skills in forecasting, market planning, communication, and public relations
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
