SUMMARY

We are currently hiring for customer service representatives starting at $15 an hour Successful applicants will have some previous Retail/cash drawer experience and be comfortable talking with customers. Our store is open 7 days/week and the work shift will vary. A successful applicant must be able to work full time and have a flexible schedule, including evenings and at least 2 weekend days: Friday and/or Saturday and/or Sunday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Talks with customers in person and assists customers in returning or exchanging products.
  • Processes returns and completes paperwork for warranty returns when return specialist is not available.
  • Ensures retail location is clear of missing parts.
  • Stocks shelves and counters with merchandise.
  • Assists in setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise on counters to promote sales.
  • Follows performance standard as written.
  • Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.
  • Obtains merchandise requested by customer and places merchandise in a bag or box. Assists customer in carrying out larger items to their vehicle.
  • Answers customer's questions and offers assistance or direction.
  • Cleans shelves, counters, and displays.
  • Greets customers when they enter the store, and checks packages and receipts when exiting the store.
  • Thank customers for their business.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months customer service or sales-related experience and/or training preferred.
