Our client is a management company specializing in building maintenance services, acting as a single point of contact for all maintenance needs. They offer a comprehensive range of services, from janitorial to handyman work, aiming to streamline and enhance facility management for their clients.

Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and producing new client business, encompassing the full sales cycle from cold-calling and lead generation to closing deals. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a hunter's mentality, motivated by the opportunity to earn significant commissions, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and conduct initial presentations.
  • Build rapport with potential accounts, explain service capabilities, and prepare contracts to close sales.
  • Utilize and manage the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
Qualifications:
  • Mandatory B2B Sales experience, specifically in outside sales.
  • Proven success with cold calling both by phone and in the field.
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills.
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for leading client meetings.
  • Ability to work effectively with operations and other sales team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and strong knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
