Responsibilities:
  • Lead and provide guidance to designated department(s), product line(s), or profit center(s) to achieve production targets and maintain a secure work environment.
  • Supervise a team of 200+ employees, both salaried and hourly workers.
  • Manage production schedules, costs, and quality standards while ensuring workplace safety.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and handle disciplinary actions to maintain an efficient workforce.
  • Implement best practices, maintain consistent policies, and generate timely production reports.
  • Enhance safety awareness, address safety concerns, conduct safety investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Preferably hold a BA/BS degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or Business.
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical methods, process improvement, and food packaging.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
  • Proven ability in team building, leadership, and effective communication at all organizational levels.
  • Fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
