As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the sales of finance and insurance programs to customers. Collaborating with lenders and financial institutions, you will ensure the delivery of financial services to dealership clients.

Responsibilities
  • Offer financing and insurance options to customers
  • Meet financial services' goals and objectives
  • Assess profitability of financing arrangements
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations
  • Oversee financing document submission
  • Act as a liaison between customers and lending institutions
  • Attend and contribute to manager meetings
  • Build customer relationships and provide finance options
  • Work with service advisors on warranty inquiries
  • Train the sales team on finance programs
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of dealership experience
  • Strong customer relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Familiarity with tag and title laws and DMV procedures
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the US
