Position Overview:

We are excited to present a unique opportunity within the Zoetis Global Manufacturing & Supply (GMS) division for a dedicated and skilled individual to take on the role of Senior Financial Analyst within the Zoetis GMS Finance Center of Excellence (CoE) team.

The selected candidate will report to the Director of the GMS Finance Center of Excellence and will play a vital role in delivering financial support for all Zoetis U.S. Medicated Feed Additive (MFA) manufacturing facilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a crucial member of the GMS Finance CoE team, providing comprehensive financial support to all U.S. MFA manufacturing sites.
  • Oversee the month-end closing activities for all U.S. MFA sites, which includes conducting manufacturing variance analysis (MUV, PPV, Volume, and Spending), preparing journal entries, calculating accruals, generating month-end management reports, and performing account reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with site teams to address and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Contribute to the Monthly Operations Summary report for each MFA site, ensuring all variances are documented and submitted to GMS Finance, including gathering variance explanations from plant-level personnel.
  • Work alongside MFA U.S. function leads and the MFA U.S. Finance Director to prepare updated estimates in line with the submission calendar and engage in reviews with GMS leadership.
  • Assist the Finance Director, External Supply, and Medicated Feed Additives in reviewing site estimates and projects to identify and address key financial drivers.
  • Support the annual budgeting process by coordinating with function leads on various components such as headcount, volumes, and operating expenses, and participate in the annual budget review with GMS leadership.
