Description & Qualifications

Description: Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Product Manager? In this role, you will be part of a new team dedicated to launching innovative product experiences within our UKG Pro Suite. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Product Design and Engineering teams to develop, deliver, and optimize solutions within our human capital management and workforce management applications. You will work closely with external customers such as Buyers, Admin users, HR users, and employees, as well as internal customers involved in product implementation and delivery. Your role will entail collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless product experience that adds significant value for our customers and enhances the daily interactions of millions of global employees with our platforms. As the Lead Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the product vision to deliver continuous value to our customers, while also learning from their feedback. You will oversee the product direction, set clear metric goals, and establish mechanisms to collect and analyze data, ensuring a customer-centric approach to product development. Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager in a scaling SaaS application within an Agile environment
  • Proficiency in leveraging analytics, user research, and business cases to guide product decisions and enhancements
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting user interviews, user research, and maintaining a customer-centric approach in an enterprise SaaS setting
  • Comfortable with presenting to diverse audiences at different organizational levels
  • Track record of successfully launching new product capabilities on schedule with exceptional quality and value, and leveraging insights from past experiences
  • Strong analytical skills to translate the product vision into actionable steps that deliver value incrementally
  • Ability to work onsite three days a week at our Lowell, MA UKG office starting from day one

PREFERRED

  • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
  • Proven experience in launching enterprise products
  • Capability to utilize data for informed product decision-making and prioritization
  • Functional and technical knowledge of Workforce Management and Human Capital Management software
  • Experience engaging with both technical and business user communities
  • Comfort with the challenges of developing new products from inception to widespread adoption
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
