Hire-Search Group is expanding its audit practice in Houston and requires an experienced Audit Director to oversee the growth of our business in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing current engagements, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the audit business line and demonstrated marketing/sales skills combined with delivery of quality service in managing engagements and client relationships. We seek an individual with a proven track record of success, well-established local community focus, and a strong network of contacts.

Key responsibilities include:

* Successfully selling Firm services and pricing them effectively to maximize profits
* Conducting thorough assessments of client needs and objectives
* Establishing a professional reputation and network as a community business leader
* Collaborating with other Partners to promote One-Firm focus
* Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained through quality assurance practices
* Providing expert guidance on projects, offering technical support, and conducting peer reviews
* Fostering growth and development among team members

With an estimated salary range of $150,000 to $220,000 per year, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audit Director looking to take their career to the next level.
