Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections at various stages of the production process according to established guidelines.
  • Manage 1st Articles Reviews and associated reporting.
  • Address nonconforming parts using proper procedures.
  • Participate in Corrective Action initiatives for effective problems solving.
  • Maintain and communicate SCAR-related information.
  • Keep track of Master Samples and adhere to customer specifications.
  • Perform process audits and required testing.
  • Support the 5S program and investigate issues as needed.
  • Record and analyze process data, including defect information.
  • Conduct equipment calibrations as per guidelines.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Possess dexterity and sensory abilities for handling objects and communicating effectively.
  • Maintain visual, auditory, and mobility functions required for the role.

Equipment Requirements:

To fulfill job responsibilities, employees should be proficient in using:

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Various measuring tools and equipment.
  • Specialized machinery as applicable to the role.

Environmental Requirements:

During work hours, exposure to:

  • Moving mechanical components
  • Moderate to loud noise levels
  • Various environmental factors like fumes, odors, dust, and temperature changes.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or completion of an internal training program.
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading, measuring systems, and communication tools.
  • Ability to work overtime and travel if necessary.
Shift: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM
Compensation: $16+ based on experience
