Job Title: Quality Measurement Specialist

Fathom is currently seeking a Quality Measurement Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing measurement projects using advanced equipment and technologies, ensuring accuracy and precision in manufacturing processes.

Quality Measurement Specialist Summary:
This position requires executing measurement projects such as First Article Inspection, capability studies, and production verifications using specialized equipment. The role involves creating and maintaining measurement programs, providing reports in specified formats, and offering measurement support across different facilities.

Quality Measurement Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze part prints and communicate concerns effectively
  • Perform measurements using appropriate methods
  • Create and maintain measurement programs
  • Conduct capability studies
  • Maintain measurement equipment
  • Support Manufacturing and Engineering teams
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System
  • Adhere to safety regulations
  • Complete all required documentation accurately
  • Contribute to team efforts

Quality Measurement Specialist Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in measurement equipment operation
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
  • Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • ASQ Certification desired
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluency in English
