Compensation:$40,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Lawn care experience is preferred. As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible for servicing customers' lawns by:
- Applying fertilizer
- Treating weeds
- Aerations and over-seeding
- Landscaping (Mulch, Bush Trimming, Leaf Cleanup & more)
- Mowing lawns (Zero Turn & Self Propelled based on yard area)
- Communicating with the customer and promoting services
Additionally:
- Minimum canvassing goals commission structure to be created
- Production commissions Produce and earn for it
- + Additional Commission structures
- Learn Irrigation systems Get licensed and we'll reimburse
As a team member, you are expected to maintain the highest level of customer service Additionally, a willingness to cross-train in marketing and other services that we offer when needed.
Qualifications:- Minimum of High School Diploma/ GED
- Valid Driver's License with a driving record in good standing
- NC Applicators License (Public Health, Lawn & Ornamental, Etc.)
- Professional Appearance when talking to customers
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds throughout the working day
- Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
- Candidates with a background in turf management, horticulture, and pest control are strongly encouraged to apply
