LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Service Coordinator for our HVAC Client located in Chattanooga TN. This is a full time, on-site opportunity. If you're interested, please apply now.

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the office, primarily focusing on creating work orders, calendar management, scheduling appointments, and customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Type: Temp to Hire

· Compensation: $24-$27 per hour

· Hours: Monday-Friday 8-5pm

· Location: Chattanooga TN

Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and take accurate messages when necessary.

· Schedule appointments for the technician team.

· Manage and update office documents, spreadsheets, and databases.

· Creating work orders and uploading them in the system.

· Coordinate dispatch schedules, calendars, and meetings.

· Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance.

· Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.

· Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders as required.

· Ensure technicians have proper information for services.

· Assist other departments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Background/knowledge in HVAC/Construction Industry

· Previous experience in administrative support roles, customer service, or service coordinator is preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and payment processing.

· Professional demeanor and the ability to interact courteously with clients and guests.

· Basic knowledge of office equipment and phone systems.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
