Job Description:

  • Design, establish, and implement Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models
  • Utilize DAX to create intricate calculations and metrics
  • Collect, refine, and evaluate data to offer insights for strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and prioritize data requirements
  • Ensure accuracy of business logic in all reports and analyses
  • Enhance data flow efficiency among different departments
  • Present discoveries to stakeholders effectively
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to address business queries

Qualifications:

  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proficient in utilizing Power BI for creating data models, visualizations, and reports
  • Thorough understanding of DAX and its utilization in Power BI
  • Skilled in SQL and reporting analysis tools
  • Experience in analyzing data patterns
  • Critical thinking abilities
  • Work well under pressure and tight deadlines

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in Power BI for creating data models, visualizations, and reports
  • Strong understanding of DAX and its application in Power BI
  • Experience in enhancing Power BI performance and scalability
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for relational databases
  • Familiarity with Excel
  • 3-7 years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or reporting
  • Strong business sense and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive initiatives
