Primary Job Duties:
  • Conduct intake evaluations, including behavioral and skills assessments
  • Apply ABA principles effectively and provide guidance to other staff
  • Participate in treatment team meetings
  • Develop behavior intervention and treatment plans, ensuring training and fidelity of interventions
  • Offer training and supervision to RBTs to ensure compliance with BACB requirements
  • Build strong relationships with families and caregivers throughout treatment
  • Train parents, caregivers, and ABA technicians on behavior analysis principles
  • Monitor data, adjust strategies, and provide progress updates
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Certified BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
